Industries

Three industries,
one standard.

Stello started in aerospace and defense, then entered life science and chromatography thirty years ago. The discipline travels; the standard doesn't change.

01 / Aerospace
Where we learned
what can't fail.

Aerospace is where Stello began in 1974, and it's where our quality discipline was forged. Every part we make today — life science, chromatography, defense — travels through a quality system that aerospace built.

We continue to serve aerospace programs with flight-critical precision parts. The standard we hold is the standard we've held from the beginning.

Defense work,
done seriously.

Defense work — including ordnance components — was part of Stello from the start. It taught us that delivery dates aren't suggestions and that out-of-spec is out of the question. That lesson has never left our floor.

We continue to manufacture precision components for defense programs under the same quality and schedule discipline: ordnance and weapons-system parts, sub-assemblies, compartmented workflows, strict controls, and on-time delivery to program milestones.

Ordnance experience

Years of precision-machined ordnance components — housings, internal mechanisms — manufactured under compartmented controls and shipped to program schedule.

Thirty years ago we brought our defense-grade quality system into life science manufacturing. The industry noticed — not used to our pricing, our delivery performance, or our quality. The fit was instant.

We machine component parts for life science devices and surgical instruments, specializing in 300-series stainless, titanium and PEEK at 1" diameters and below. Ultrasonic cleaning, vision-inspected dimensional QA, full lot traceability.

Within Life Science · Chromatography hardware

Our deepest expertise within our life science work is chromatography hardware — a field we've led for three decades. Column bodies, end fittings, guards, prep, and complete assemblies, designed for dead-volume control, surface finish, and peak performance
